Matthew A. Teho
Director

Matthew Teho is president of Nipoa.  Matt has founded two Native Hawaiian Organizations and numerous 8(a) subsidiaries.  The companies he created were awarded almost $1 billion in contracts from the Department of Defense.  Matt is responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with Nipoa’s Department of Defense clients and teaming partners.

Matt holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and real estate from The Wharton School of Business and is a lifelong resident of Hawaii.

Leeann M. Siu
Director

Leeann Siu is a director of Nipoa.  Leeann is an RN Clinic Operations Manager overseeing three Urgent Care Clinics on Oahu. She is a Native Hawaiian who has spent her professional career in healthcare, serving areas with predominantly Native Hawaiian populations.

Leeann holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration/Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene and Nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  She was born and raised on the island of Kauai.

Aaron K. Wallen
Director

Aaron Wallen is a director and Vice President of Nipoa.  Aaron owns one of the largest insulation contracting companies in the state of Hawaii.  He has completed projects for the Department of Defense, U.S. Government Accountability Office, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  In addition to being Native Hawaiian, he is a member of the Choctaw Nation.
 
Management

Mary Moriarty
Executive Manager

Mary Moriarty is the founder of Nipoa’s first 8(a) subsidiary and Executive Manager of Nipoa’s 8(a) subsidiary group. Mary is responsible for the daily operations of Nipoa’s for profit division. She began her career at Turner Construction, and later Hawaiian Dredging, as a construction manager and engineer. She has completed multi-phase projects for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation San Francisco regional office and the Transportation Security Administration at airports throughout Hawaii and the Pacific. Mary oversaw a Hawaii commercial property portfolio overseeing all aspects of property operations and leasing of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property, with over 300 tenants and a 120 room hotel.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. She is Native Hawaiian and raised on the islands of Kauai and Oahu.
